Private session

My classes place an emphasis on holding a posture and fine tuning it to an optimal position for the body from an anatomical point of view.

Since every body is different, it is of great importance to adapt the pose to the student's body, ability and condition. I do this by offering different variations to the poses and by using accessories, which help to optimally adapt the poses to each student. A private lesson is a great way to practice in a way that is adapted to you personally. 

If you're looking to deepen your practice, feel like indulging in a class tailored especially for you, or if the group class format is less suitable - a private class is exactly that!
